EVENT CONCEPTUALIZATION
Got a crazy idea for a new product launch? Looking for an immersive experience to pair with the premiere of your horror film? Planning a themed party but not quite sure where to start? We'll come up with the idea and pitch it to you.

EXPERIENCE DESIGN/VENDOR COORDINATION/TALENT MANAGEMENT
We'll handle all aspects of the pre-production process, including designing the flow of the event from start to finish, venue scouting, securing all necessary permits and insurance, building and installing scenic and atmospheric properties, hiring vendors, wrangling talent, and curating the immersive experience from beginning to end.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT/RUN-OF-SHOW
We want you to enjoy your event, so leave all of the day-of managing to us. Grab a cocktail and relax, as our team of event producers and stage managers take care of the rest. We will hire all the staff you need: bartenders, security, and stage managers, and ensure that the show runs smoothly.

POST EVENT WRAP-UP
After the event is over, hop in your Lyft and we'll handle all aspects of clearing out the event space, including overseeing vendor pick-up, talent payout, and cleanup. Within a week, you will have your customized post-show event wrap up, complete with photos.
